Requirements of Epidemiology Specialization for Public Health PhD

Students will complete 39 credits in the Epidemiology Ph.D. core, including 9 doctoral seminar units (minimum). In addition to the core courses, students will work closely with their academic advisor to select 9 credits of Epidemiology electives beyond units required for the MPH degree. Students will also complete 24 dissertation credits (minimum).
